Dheer Lalit Gupta is an experienced software industry professional with over 22 years of expertise in project, product, and release management, people management, and software development. He started his career as a programmer and worked on eCommerce, ERP, and building automation products. In the second phase of his career, he implemented software engineering practices, tools, and project/product management for the development of various product lines. Currently, Dheer is focused on applying concepts related to business/product strategies and taking innovative ideas to product conversion. He has managed multiple and large-scale projects effectively and efficiently, with strong strategic conceptualization, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery skills. He has exposure to agile project management methodology and is adept at identifying risks early, assessing them quantitatively, avoiding risks, providing alternative solutions, and contingency planning. Dheer is also skilled in building engaged and performing teams, defining SMART objectives, development plans, and conducting performance calibrations. He develops a strong connection with members from junior executives to senior management and is adept at developing project/business requirements with cross-site stakeholders, delineating problems, creating solutions, and establishing roles and responsibilities. With rich and vast hands-on experience as a developer in various MS technologies like ASP.Net, C#, Winforms, Web Services, SharePoint, SQL Server, and good knowledge of several open-source e-enabling software like nopCommerce, Opencart, Wordpress, Joomla, Presta shop, Dheer has strong domain expertise in e-Commerce, e-Marketing, and extensive knowledge of Building Automation Systems and Healthcare. Currently, Dheer is working as a Mentor at IIT Startups and has previously worked as a Co-Founder and CEO at AdaptNXT® Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd and as a Business Mentor at ITBT Department, Karnataka. He holds a BE degree in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Mysore and completed his 10+2 from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Dheer's goal is to start a socially responsible enterprise, leveraging his experience and expertise in simplifying digital transformation and technology adoption for businesses.
